School of Communication & Electronic Engineering, China University of Mining and Technology, Xuzhou 221008, China) Abstract: The structure and characteristics of EDA9033 module which was specially used to measure electric power parameter were analyzed, the solution of constructing Distributed Transformer Substation Monitoring System on module was brought forward, and the application instance and its benefits analysis were presented. It was proved in practice that using specificmodule to monitor transformed substation was feasible and had the advantages of simple structure, good flexibility and reliable performances. 变电所是供电系统的重要设施,是供电生产管理中实施监测的主要对象。目前,对于变电所的监测大多数情况仍然采用传统仪表和人工抄表的方式完成,特别是对于无人值守的终端变电所,只能通过巡检的方式才能实现。由于监测手段落后、工作效率低,难以满足现代化生产管理和市场经济激烈竞争的需求。为此,研发了EDA9033 电力参数监测设备,它是一种性能优良的模块化三相电力参数数据采集产品,可以方便地应用于变电所的监测。 1 EDA9033 模块结构及特性 EDA9033 是采用微控制器(MCU)、专用集成电路(A S I C )和通信等技术的电力参数测量专用模块,能够测量三相电压(ua/ub/uc)、三相电流(ia/ib/ic)、有功功率(P)、无功功率(Q)、功率因数(Cosθ)和电量(KWH),并配备了串行通信接口,其结构如图1 所示。 在图1 中,ASIC 完成三相电力参数的测量,REC/DRV 完成与监测计算机或工业现场总线的通信接口,MCU 完成模块的数据采集、通信和系统控制等。
