The DQSS-4 series processor direct current input has +8V, -15V, the +36V three kind of supply voltages, in the processor electric circuit uses +5V, +8V, +7V, +6V, -7V, -12V, the +36V seven kind of voltages. Among:
1.1 +5V voltage is (CW7805) two constant voltages produces by the +8V power source after N3, the digital integrated circuit provides the DC voltage for the processor electric circuit in.
1.2 +7V voltage is (HZ7B3) two constant voltages produces by the +8V power source after zener diode VD11, specially is D1, D2 two piece of multichannel analog switches CD4051 provides the supply voltage.
1.3 +6V voltage is (HZ6C3) two constant voltages produces by the +8V power source after zener diode VD1 is the A/D switching circuit provides the supply voltage.
1.4 -12V voltage is (79L12) two constant voltages produces by the -15V power source after N2, (LF347) provides 负电?the voltage for operational amplifier N1, the supply voltage directly provides by the +8V power source.
1.5 -7V voltage is (HZ7B3) the constant voltage produces by -12V after zener diode VD12, is D1, D2
(CD4051) provides 负电?the voltage.
1.6 +36V1, +36V2 are separately passes through by +36V R30, R31 to C28, the C29 charge, in C28, the C29 beginnings and ends separately obtains +36V1, the +36V2 voltage. +36V1 is the 1~7 spindle examines

2.1.1 breakdowns produce possible reason:

2.2 +7V voltage is not normal
2.2.1 breakdowns produce possible reason:
A. Zener diode VD11 (HZ7B3) short-circuits;

2.2.2 processing methods
A. The inspection replaces VD11 (HZ7B3)

2.3 +6V voltage is not normal
2.3.1 breakdowns produce possible reason:
A. Zener diode CD12 (HZ6C3) short-circuits;

2.3.2 processing methods

2.4 -12V voltage is not normal

2.4.2 processing methods
