Brasilia, May 16 - Brazil president 卢拉 with to Senegalese president which will visit the watt on 16th in Brasilia signs a living thing energy cooperation agreement, Brazil has acted according to this agreement to help the Senegalese production sugar cane ethyl alcohol and the biological diesel oil.

    卢拉 ended after the signing ceremony indicated, the production biology fuel will help the poor national increase employment opportunity and enhances the income, Brazil hoped Senegal will be able to take the lead this cooperation to promote to the African other non- oil production country. The watt will believe that, the biological fuel will be able to raise a new revolution in the African continent.

    This agreement is Brazil and Senegal the technical cooperation agreement supplement which signed in 1972. According to this new agreement, Brazil will provide the biological fuel to Senegal the production technology, will help training to fill the technical personnel.
